OVERSIZED LOADS ONBOARD REAR STEER TRAILERS
Ray has been providing cartage of specialised oversized loads within NSW for 20 years.
Our fleet of rear steer extendable trailers (up to 45 metres), as well as standard extendable trailers hitched to hiab prime movers gives us the flexibility to bring the right equipment to the job.
Our depot at Glendenning (NSW) allows us to reach all parts of Greater Sydney quickly and reliably. At Buddy’s Transport & Hiab Trucks, we pride ourselves on providing consistent and cost-effective cartage, and work closely with Australian companies to ensure all goods, big or small, are co-ordinated to meet our customer specific needs.
Our fleet also includes several oversize pilot/escort vehicles, which are utilised to ensure the oversized load is transported in a safe and secure manner.
Our milestone transport event, utilising the rear steer extendable trailer, was the cartage of pieces of a wind turbine, ready for a new wind turbine farm. A single fin of a wind turbine can reach beyond 45 metres in length, and requires equipment like our rear steer extendable trailer to transport this revolutionary piece of machinery across our country.
